PROJECT MANAGER
Job Roles :
- Plan, organize and manage the project activities and ensuring they are in accordance to procedures, track record and monitor progress of work
- Consult with the Management Team for project operational and requirements
- Planning, manage, monitor and liaise with project team, subcontractors, clients, consultations, architects, engineers and other professional consultants of the projects standard and requirements.
- Monitor the progress of the project activities & completion
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on regular basic to ensure its meets the project standard & requirements
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction & Structural or equivalent.
- A Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Working experience in Bored Piling Works is an added advantage
CIVIL ENGINEER / SITE ENGINEER / DESIGN ENGINEER
Job Roles :
- Design, calculation and drawing preparation.
- Manage, supervise, coordination and assist in all site activities and ensuring they are in accordance to procedures, track record and monitor progress of work
- Responsible for quality of works
- Prepare site report for submission
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction & Structural or equivalent.
. Willing to attend site meeting / visit construction sites
- Working experience in Bored Piling Works is an added advantage
. Training / Accommodation will be provided.
. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
. Able to work 6 days per week
SITE SUPERVISOR
Job Roles :
- To supervise & coordinate the site construction work and assist in all site activities
- To support to project team in planning, scheduling site activities
Requirement:
- At least SPM/ STPM or Diploma in Civil and Building or equivalent
- Posses safety supervisor certificate or other relevant certificates
- Able to work independently
- Willing to attend site meeting / visit construction sites
- Working experience in Bored Piling Works is an added advantage
- Training / Accommodation will be provided.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to work 6 days per week
Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Roles :
- Prepare the tender and contract documents, BQ, cost estimate for project costing
- Responsible for taking off quantities, pricing & preparation of tender submission
- Prepare monthly progress claim, subcontractors claims; payment verification, variation order evaluation and final accounts
- Participate in site meeting / visit & site valuation
- Maintain record & filling system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Willing to attend site meeting / visit construction sites
- Working experience in Bored Piling Works is an added advantage
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to work 5 1/2 days per week
ADMIN / GENERAL CLERK
Job Roles :
- To assist general office jobs & clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Prepare the required reports, compile DO & Invoice & filling all related documents for project site.
- Maintain filling system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM
- Independent, Efficient and meticulous & Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
. Able to work 5 and 1/2 days per week
